Advertising
Ad-Supported Free Tier (Android App)
The free tier of our Android application is supported by advertising provided by Google AdMob. Paid (Pro) subscribers do not see any advertisements.
Data Collected for Advertising
When you use the free tier of our Android app, Google AdMob may collect:
- Google Advertising ID (GAID): A resettable, anonymous identifier assigned by Android used to serve and measure ads.
- Device & App Information: Device model, OS version, app version, and language settings to serve compatible ad formats.
- Approximate Location: Derived from IP address (not GPS) to serve region-relevant ads.
- Ad Interaction Data: Whether you viewed or clicked an ad, to measure ad performance.
Personalized vs. Non-Personalized Ads
By default, AdMob may serve personalized ads based on your Google Advertising ID and past interactions. You can opt out of personalized ads at any time:
- Android device: Go to Settings > Google > Ads and enable "Opt out of Ads Personalization".
- Reset your advertising ID: In the same menu, select "Reset advertising ID" to unlink past ad interactions.
When personalization is opted out, AdMob will still show ads but they will be based on contextual signals only (app category, language) rather than your personal interests.
Upgrade to Remove Ads
Upgrading to a Pro subscription removes all advertisements from the Android app and stops all AdMob data collection for your account.

Our service is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly display personalized ads to children or users who have indicated they are under 13.
